ONE CARD. That’s it.

You pull out a single card and ask your friend to name a number between one and ten. It’s truly a FREE CHOICE.

Then she decides on a suit.

You tear up the ONE card (that’s been in full view the whole time) and shown the torn pieces. They don’t match the card she named. The suit is wrong. The number is wrong. Everything’s wrong.

But what if it wasn’t?

You take one of the torn pieces and put it in her hand. (No switches—the WHOLE trick uses one card.) She makes a fist. And then, inside your friend’s hand, the card piece TRANSFORMS INTO THE NAMED CARD.

She gets to keep the torn piece as a souvenir of the impossible moment.

Pi Book Test by Vincent Hedan

Pi is an impossible memory effect. You show a small book in which the decimals of Pi are listed, and explain that you memorized it. The spectator opens the book at any page, tells you the page number, and you can tell him the first digits of the page!

Then you ask him to tell you a sequence of 5 digits, anywhere on any page. Starting from there, you start reciting the decimals of Pi! Actually, you recite so many decimals that the spectator has to turn pages to follow you!

Finally, you ask the spectator's birthday, for example 14th of July. You then reveal the page, the line, and the position on the line where the sequence 1407 can be found in the book!

A.T.A.A.N by HONEY

A.T.A.A.N is one of the most amazing techniques, to achieve the cleanest "HANDSOFF" version of ANY "THING" AT ANY NUMBER.

IMAGINE:-

You show three pack of visiting cards to spectators. Each pack contains 52 cards. Two packs are same. They have names of 52 different magicians written on each card. The third pack has numbers between 1 to 52 written on it. You place one "NAME" pack aside and you give the second "NAME" pack to one spectator. You ask him to shuffle it as much as he likes. When he is happy with the shuffling, you ask him to put the pack face up on the table and look at the top name card of the pack. Now we got a "NAME". You give the "NUMBER" pack to second spectator and ask him to shuffle it as much as he likes. When he stops shuffling, you ask him to put the pack face up on the table and look at the top number card of the pack. Now we have a "NUMBER" also. You ask third spectator to pick up the second "NAME" pack, which was resting aside till now. You don't touch the pack. You then ask him to count the cards, one by one, face up on the table. And indeed, the selected "NAME" is at the selected "NUMBER",,,,,,,,, EVERY TIME.

This is a very versatile version of "ANY CARD AT ANY NUMBER". And it's my very small contribution for the never ending search of "Holy Grail Of Card Magic"

The Movie by Mario Daniel and Gee Magic

The magician shows a case with a virgin DVD inside and asks the spectator to sign it. Then he shows his collection of cinema tickets containing his favorite movies of all time. The spectator chooses one and when the magician opens the case, magically the DVD appears with the label sticker on it, with the chosen movie on the signed DVD.

The final kicker is when the magician puts the DVD back in the case (after the spectator examination) he says that he likes to have his DVDs with the original cover and the case appears with the chosen movie printed.

Effect:

The magician asks three spectators to assist him and shows them three note pads with the usual slot machines drawings in them. An envelope with a prediction is also introduced.

Each assistant chooses one of the note pads and hangs it in front of his chest (using a cord attached to each pad).

The magician asks the first two spectators to place his left arm on the shoulder of the one beside him, and asks the third spectator to extend his left arm in the air mimicking a slot machine lever.

Next the magician will move the arm of the third spectator, as if it was a lever of a slot machine, and each one of the spectators open their note pads at any page using their right hand. Each pad will show a different slot machine icon.

The magician opens the envelope and the prediction matches each icon on the spectator's note pads!
